About · How we work

A clear path from idea to install.

One point of contact, five well-defined stages and a fixed price agreed before a single board is cut.

The five stages

Every project is different. The care is not.

Whether it is a single alcove unit or a whole-house commission, here is exactly what happens and when.

01

Home visit

We come to you, see the space, talk through how you use it and get a sense of your style and budget. Free, and with no obligation.

02

Survey & drawings

A precise survey, then scaled plans and elevations alongside timber, paint and hardware samples. We refine together until it feels right.

03

Fixed quotation

An itemised, fixed price and a provisional schedule. A deposit then reserves your slot in the workshop calendar.

04

Workshop build

Your pieces are made by hand in our workshop. We send progress photos and you are welcome to visit before finishing.

05

Installation & aftercare

Our own installers fit everything, protect your floors and leave the room clean. We return for any fine-tuning once you have settled in.
