The terms that apply when you use this website or commission work from Hartwood Joinery Ltd. Last updated October 2026.
Quotations are fixed and itemised, based on the agreed drawings and specification, and remain valid for 60 days. Changes requested after approval may affect price and schedule and will be confirmed in writing first.
A deposit secures your workshop slot and allows us to order materials. Stage payments and the final balance are due as set out in your quotation. Ownership of goods passes to you on full payment.
You are responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation on the agreed date, including completed building, plastering and first-fix services unless these are part of our scope.
We guarantee our workmanship for ten years from installation. The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by moisture, heat or alterations made by others.
As our furniture is made to your specification, deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or manufacturing has begun. Your statutory rights are not affected.
